Payment Options

We are sensitive to the times and understand that you may not be able to afford to have all your pet’s services done at one time. If your pet is up to date with their annual wellness exam and rabies vaccination, we are happy to split up other core services (such as vaccinations or heartworm/tick blood tests) into separate technician visits to allow a more cost-effective option for you and your pet.

Please note that if you have any medical concerns, your pet needs to be examined by a doctor as the technician cannot assess or diagnose your pet.

Important Notice for Clients Using CareCredit

We are pleased to offer CareCredit as a flexible payment option to help make veterinary care more accessible for our clients. Please note that CareCredit has very strict rules regarding its use, which we are required to follow. The cardholder—or an authorized user listed on the CareCredit account—must be present at the time of payment with no exceptions. We cannot process CareCredit transactions without this verification.

Some clinics have lost the privilege of offering CareCredit due to policy violations. We value being able to provide this option to our clients and want to ensure we can continue to do so.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
