Every member of the staff is caring, professional and helpful. Our most recent visit was with a vet tech, and she was wonderful. We’ve been there for routine and sick pet visits, and we and our cats were treated with respect and compassion each time. We highly recommend them!
Wonderful! Knowledgeable vets that don’t beat around the bush and care about your animals. The office staff and nurses are wonderful; we especially love Jen, who has always followed up to see how my babies are doing and is just real and easy to talk to. We moved here a little over a year ago after being unhappy with our last vet hospital. Very glad we did so. Only wish their hours were a little later, but they are very accommodating if you need to get your pet in for help, so still five stars! 💙
Brought my new puppy to PRVH and couldn’t have been happier with our first experience. Karen and Dr. Bedarf took the time to walk me through puppy care, vaccinations, training, and nutritional needs. They were very friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed during the appointment. I felt their pricing was fair and did not feel oversold on anything that wasn’t necessary.
Looking forward to returning and will be transferring care for my cat too!
Wonderful staff, clean and very efficient, dedicated to the welfare of fur babies.
The people here go the extra mile. The staff is kind, caring, and professional. They got us in right away when we had to put our cat down. They have a special room like a pet funeral home where you can say goodbye to your pet. With our other cat, who is also sick, the doctor called back a week later to check on him. I HIGHLY recommend Powder Ridge Veterinary Hospital for your pets and you.
This is the nicest veterinarian office I’ve used for my brats. Everyone has been pleasant, even during COVID, when it was very stressful.

Dr. Albin and the office staff were wonderful to me and my dog during a very difficult time. They are compassionate and sensitive.
Great experience. Dr. Michael is an amazing person and a straight shooter. Her honesty helps make difficult decisions easier. They also don’t try to sell gimmicky products. The tech who worked with me really took the time to get the info about my dog’s issue. I can’t say enough positive about this clinic. The price is beyond reasonable and affordable.
I think the world of Powder Ridge Vet Hospital. I’ve brought my Golden Retriever there twice for skin growth/cysts. Service/care exceeded expectations both times. Staff support and willingness to help are “best in class.” I’ve gone to several other vet offices and know the difference. Don’t delay; bring your pet To Powder Ridge Vet Hospital. Overall, I appreciate the knowledgeable and respectful care provided to my cat and dog. No matter what the issue is, from front desk staff to vet techs to doctors, they all work together to resolve the situation. Clear instructions and great follow-through are consistent. I have referred others to this practice and will continue to do so. I know my fur babies are in very capable hands, and I won’t settle for anything but the best for them.
We love Powder Ridge Veterinary Hospital! Of all the vets I have ever brought my pets to, Powder Ridge has been at the top when it comes to thorough check-ups, followup, continued trouble shooting and communication. We have a blind cat with ongoing upper respiratory issues that is living her comfortably because of Powder Ridge! I feel at peace knowing my fur babies are in the right hands! Thank you, thank you!!!
